Regulntion, every perscn sball b: guilty of au ofi'ence who—
(a) Erccts, ccnstrncta, establishes, mainmins or uses any
apparatus capable cf radiocommunication without a licence
as required by Ibis Regulation;
Net being a holder cf a licence as required by this Regula-
fion is in possession cf any apparalus capable cf receiving
radio signals;
Transmits or receives any radicœlegmm from one persan
to anorher uniess authorised to do sa by licence as provided
undcr Article 3 hereof;
Being a holder cf a licence fails tc exhibit such licence t0 a
person duly authorised by the Resident Commissicners;
Refuses to carry out any crders issued hy the Resident
Commissioners under Article 16 hemf;
Transmits any l'aise cr fraudulent distress cr olher signal
message cal] cr radioœlegram cf any kind or who without
lawful excuse interferes with or obstnwts any radic—
communication;
Not hein; the sender or addressee divulges the contents or
the fact cf the existence of a radiotelegram olherwise than
as ne may be required by competem authority or make any
use whatsoever cf the information containcd in any radio-
lclegram, without prejudice t0 legal proceedings instituted
by the addresaee or his repœsentative.
