(3) Without prejudine t0 the provisions of 811Mo!) (2) of
tbis Section any member of tbe Prison Visiting Commission may at
any time visit any native prison or any part tbmof for the pllrposes
oi' tbe immediately preccding subsoCtion of ibis Section.
(4) Tbe Visiting Commission sball snbmit lo the Resident
Commissioners a report annuale on Native Prisons and msy, and
any member may, submit such orner report as tbe Visiting Com-
mission or snob member may doem neoesssry.
(5) There sball ho kept at evcry native prison a Prison Visitor’s
Bock in wbioh at tba conclusion of any visit tho Visiting Committee
or any member thereoi' (as Lhe case msy be) sball record file visit and
snob recommendations (if any) ss tbe said Comnnhee or such member
may wisb ta make.
8. Eacb Resident Cornmissionsr shall supply tbe otber Residonl
