Three Nungarrayi women (blue and white skirt) dance NGARRKA (Initiated man) with their yukurrukurru slates ; two Napurrurla (red and pink skirts) act as managers/workers (kurdungurlu) for the NGARRKA owners/boss (kirda)) : they are painted with their own Dreaming design, NGURLU (ovals reprsenting seed cakes and the seed grinding stone) and perform with their hands two significant gestures to encourage the dancing owners.
