(2) Should such provisions no! be supplied forthwith they
may be procured and supplied by the Superinîendent cf Quarann'ne
and the cost mny be recovered from tbe master and owner oi‘ the
vessel and the said debt shaJl be a charge on the ship.
8. (1) Whm any place set apart and notified as a quarantine
smtion i3 used sa such a yellow flsg shall be kept eonstantly fiying
nt some oonspicnnus place in such station from sunrise to sunset and
from sunset tu sunrise shall exhibit a green light and Lhe display of
sueh fiag o'r such light shall be deemed snfiicient notice (lut such

hundred yards are in quarantine.
(2) Any vessel while in quarantine shall exhibit a yellow flag
at the fore by dny and n globulnr red light by night.
9. Any person detnined in any quarantine station or on board
any vessel or boat in quarantine or in any place in quarantine who
msy escape or attempt to escape from snob quarantine station, vessel,
boat or place may be brought bock by force and if necesssry l0
prevent his escsping may be fired on.
10. Any persan Who being subjected lo quarantine shail on
any pretext whatever leave any quarann'ne station, vuul, boat or
place in quarantine befoze 11e shall have been admitted t0 pratique
or unless ne shall have been permitted by a Heath Oflioer shnl] be
liable on conviction to pay a money penalty not exoeeding twenty
pounds (five hundred francs).
ll. Persons detained in quarantine in a qunrnnline stalion
simll pay snob charges or other fees as the Resident Commissioners
may fix.
11. No owner nor any person whntsoever on board cf or
connected with any vessel put in quarantine nor any persan importing
or exporting or intending to export nny gonds or cargo in any such
vessel and no persan demined in any quarantine station under the
provisions of Lhis or of the Joint Regulations Nos. 4 cf 1909 and
l of 1919 shall have any clnùn against the Condominium Govern-
ment for detention or sny other loss or expense incurred in connec—
tion wîth such quuantine.
13. Branches of Lhe provisions of lhis Regnlnn'on anal] be
reported by the Condominium Medieal OHicer or by a Health Oflioer
of the Port and shall be justiciable by the Joint Court
