7. The storsge of explosives in nny shop or bulk store is
absoluter forbidden. The supply of explosive to any persan shsll be
mode from the magazine which shall be open for this pILrpose ou
Tuesday, Thursdsy and Saturday of eaoh week, front 9 to 10 o’elock.
8. No permission for the importation of explosives shail be
given exoept w owners ot' authorised magazines.
9. The supply of explosive t0 any persan shall only be made
on production of a speeinl permit issued by the Resident Commis-
sioner ooneerned and shall be limited to 13 lbs. (6 kilos) of dynamite,
nitrowglycerine m2., 44 lbs. (20 kilos) of gunpowder or blssting
powder, 200 detonators; plus sud: aceessories neoessary for the
detonstion of the qusnfities specified above, 500 rockets or crackers.
The permit mentioned hereinbefore shall only be issued for the
immediafle use of the quantity supplied and no explosive shall be
avored in any place whatsoever exoept in amordonee wîtb the pro—
visions of Article 5.
This restriction regardîng quantiües shall not npplyto possessors
of magazines as laid down in Article 5.
On special occasions sueh as fete days the stomge of rockets
and crackers in shops may be sutliorised for short periods.
10. The supervision of the Cnstoms Dcpnrtmenl, as provided
for in Article 4, 5 and 6 of this Regulation. shsll only apply to the
administrative posts where an Ofiîcer of Cnstoms resides.
