Every marchant having lmowledge of the deterioration of any

12. Bmches of the present regulation shall be justiciable by
[ha Joint Court and shall be punished by a fine n01. exceeding €20
(500 frs.) and to imprisonmcnt not exoeeding one month, or to one
or other of those penalties.
13. The provisions of .T oint Regulntions af flic 2nd Augnst and
27th October, 1917, where contrary to the tenus of the prescrit
Regulation are hereby repealed.
14. This Regulation shnll came into force on the date cf
publication and nmy be dted for all pus-poses as the New Hebridcs
Storagp of Explosives Regulation No. 3 of 1928.
