Wl-IEIŒAS by ARTICLE 21, puamph (b) 4 of the Anglo—Freuch
Protocol of 1914, it is provided that Courts cf First Instance slmll be
established in the Administrative Districts provided for in ARTICLE 2,
paragraph 3, cf the said Protocol;
And whercas by Proclamation daœd 7th JunuaIy, 1925, Admini-
strative Districts hem‘nbefore referred to were established.
