Commissioners.
1 Thc Sanimry Commission shnll adviseth: Resident Commis-
sioners in suspect of nll questions sñ'ecting tho sanitation of the town
of Viln, and SLMLL also mbmit tu the Ruident Commission“ snob
recommandations as they may deem neoessuy.
3. Tbe sanimry Commission shnll make snob inspections of
the lown in the intei-em of Public Health as shnll appel: neccssaxy.
and for that purpose shall be empowemd m enter upon sny promises
incs'pemive of lhe nationality of the occupant. The result of snob
inspection shall be reportent w the Raident Commissionen.
Any infraction of existing Regulntions establishcd during tbe
course of suc]: inspections shali be reported to the competalt
anthon’ty for neœssaxy action.
4. For the carrying ou: of the provisions of section 3 oi' this
Regulntion du Sanitary Commission shall be deemed as constituîed
by the prononce of the Presidenl and on: Britixh and on: Franc]:
member.
5. Any persan or poison obsmming or interfering with the
sanitary Commission in the exevution nf their duties shall be guilty
of an oflenoe under Lhis Regulation, and shall be liable upon Don—
viotion beforc a Court of First Instance, or untü suc]: Court bas boen
proclaimed, befone the Joint Court, to a fine not exoeoding [twty
pounds, (2,480 francs» and to imprisonrnent not exceeding one
month or (o the une other of those penalties.
