WHEREAS by Joint chulation No. 5 or 1928 a Court cf First Instance
was instituth in the Second Central District;
And Whnr‘eas it is now expedient that a Court of First Instance
shonld be establist in the First Central District.
l. Th: Resident Commission“: for His Brilannic Maiesty and
for me French Rapublic Iwreby order flint a Court of First Instance
shall be instituer! within th: limits of Central District No. l with
hcadqunrters at Vila on thc island of Efate, and such Court shall
make circuits of flic District u and whzn necessary. Th: territorial
jurisdiction of suc]: Court shall comprise the whole of Central
District No. 1 as dcfined by proclamation dated 7th January 1925.
2. This chulation shall came into FORCE on the lst day of
Febrnary 1930 and my b9 citer! for al] purposcs us the “Institution
of Courts of lat Instance Regulations No. 1 cf 1930".
