(3) (a) In lhe case cf dwelling bouses to be erected on cernent,
wooden or iron piles. the fioorjoists shall be et least sixty eentimetres

(8) No well may be used for private or public drinldng or

dimensions t0 permit of Lhe rapid passage of rainwater without
stagnation ta the downpipes. Wash—tubs must be emptied at least
