ll. The Condominium Medieal Olfieers and Native Medical

9 (B) leave small mpplies of simple drugs and medicines with sick
natives, and the oost thereof shall be borne by the Condominium
in ull cases where the natives arc unnblc to puy for (hem.
12. Condominium Mcdical Ofiioers may inspect and n'est
native labourers at the expense of the employer œnœrned.

13. (A) There shnll be a British and French Port Heallh
Oflioer stationed a! Viln.
(B) Such Ofiioers shaJI have the charge cf the mutins of
pratique to vessels entering or leaving the Port of Vila and flying
the fiag of their respective countries. In lhe absence or incapacity
of one oflîcer the other shall perform his duty withont additions]
remuneration.
(C) Vessels confins or leaving the Port oi' Viln and fiying the
fiag of other nations shall be granted pratique by the Port Offieer
designated by the Chief Condominium Medical Oifioer.
l4. Where Lhc Residmt Commissioncrs shall have given
approval for a vessel ta enter or leove the New Hebrides ut or from
a place oLher Lhan Vila the Condominium Medical Oflioer at or near
such plane shall perform the duties of Port Health Oifioer in respect
of suc]: vessel.

15; The duties of Native Medical Prncîitioners shall be fixed
by Joint Decisiou of the Resident Commissioners. They shall be
under Lbe genenal supervision of flic Chin Condominium Medîca]
Ofiioer and, in the absence of instructions m the contrnry, under lbe
direct orders and authority of the Condominium Medical Ofiîoer of
the districts in which they are for the time being working.
