19. No liability shall attach t0 the Resident Commissioners
joindy or severaliy in respect of—

(a) Actions, claims or demands whieh may be made by any
person in consequence of any damage arising from any-
thing done by Lhe holder of any licence granted under this
Regulation or by bis Agents;

Anything lawfully done by the Resident Commissioners or
any persan duly authorised by them in carrying out the
provisions of this Regulation;

Any ermr in or omission from any radiotelegram or
delay in transmission or delivery, or for non—delivery or for
omitting to send or receive nny radioœlemm front
whaœver cause the error, omission, delay, or non-delivery
shall arise.

20. Radio apparatus installed in any marchant ship in the
territorial waters of Lhe New Hebrides whether British, Freneh, or
of other nationality, slull be worked in suc]: a way as not to interfere
with the working of nny radio station lawfully installed and woxked
in the New Hebrides.

21. A11 nppmtus for radiocommunication on board a merchant
ship in the territorial waters of the New Hebrides shali be worlred
in such a mariner as not t0 interfere with naval signalling.

12. It shall be a condition of any licence issued under Articles
6, 7 and 12 of this Regulation that the Lioensee shall reoeive and
transmit all meterological messages free of charge.

23. (l) The Resident Commissioan my a! any tiine when
it seems to them expedient in the public interest to so do jointly issue
an order prohibiting (whether nbsolutely, or from time, to lime, or
in certain cimumstanees), or reguinting the use ofall or any apparatus
for radiocommunication in respect of whieh n licence hss been issued
hereunder or which is situnted on board any aimft or vessel which
bas duly entered the New Hem-ides but bas not cleared therefrom,
or dimoting the possession or control of any such apparatns to be
given to the Resident Commissioners or to any persan nmed by
thern in such order and if any persan to whom any such order is
directed fails to oolnply therewith, or uses any apparatus in contra-
vention Lhereof, thon (without prejudice to any prooeedings which
may be taken against any olher persan) the owupier of the premises
on which the appamtns is situated, or, where tire apparatus is on
bond any aircraft or vessel, the pilet of the aircraft or the master ol'
the vessel as the case may be, shall each be guilty of an ofi'enœ
against this Regulation:
