Issued by the Resident Commissioners under du provisions of
Article 7 of the Angle-Franc}: Protocol of 1914, as amended by an
Exchange of Notes between the British and Frenvh Governments
which came into force on the 8th May 1940.
1. (l) The Resident Commissioners may by Order direct— mer m
