as may be specified. being information or domments whioh the said
Service oonsiders it neocssary or cxpodicm to possess to assist it in
ch: proper exacution oî ils fonctions, and the said persan shall
furnish the said information to the best of hia knowlodge.

3. If nny person—

(1) malus any stawment or furnishes any information which
