5. Any native who shall obstrue! molest or assault any native
oflicer cf the Condominium or the Police force in the performance
of bis public duties shall be punishable wiLh imprisonment no!
exceeding two yens or a fine not exceeding L20 or bath.
6. Any native who shall not, without valid excuse, appear
when [lawfully] summoned by [either Rcsident Commissioner, nny
administrative oflicer usisfing eiLher Resîdent Commissionet in bis
duties or any District Agent, Commandant of Police or Labour
lnspccîorJ shali be liable to imprisonment of from one t0 (en days
and w a fine or from L.l to L.5 or tu one or oLher ofthese penalties.
7. The Dislricl Agemx, the Commandants of Police and all
other ofiiærn authorised thereto axe charged with the execution of the
prescrit regulation.
