18. On the discharge of a prisoner his clothes and other pro-
peny handed in by him and appeaxing against his name in the
Prisoner’s Propeny Bock shnll be retnrned tu him, and entry made
aocordingly.

19. Every prisoner shnll be discharged afler the midday meal
on the day on which his term of imprisonment cesses, and shall be
repartiatod at Lhe expenae of Lhe Condominium. Plovided (bat while
awaiting transport discharged prisoners may be rationed and lodged
at the expense of the Condominium.

20. Rations will be snpplied m prisoners aooording t0 n scale
approved by the Resident Cnmmissioners in respect of the joint
native prisons under their contre].

11. The following mest shall be supplied t0 Prisonem—
Breakfast, Dinner and Supper—and the hauts shall be ut lhe
discretion nf the Superinœndent or District Agent connerned.

22. Every prisonel may be required t0 wear s. prison dress and
shall not have in his possession any other article of clothing unless
the salue has been supplies] to him by direction cf the Snperintcndent
or the District Agent oonoerned.

and medical treatment cf prisoners shall be paid far by the Resident
