I—GENERAL PROVISIONS
l. For purpom of this Regnlnn'on any place frmn whicl; in

Health Ofliœr or other Condominium Medical Oifioer anting in such
n capacity, or any District Agent or Commandant cf Police, or othar

4. (I) No passenger coming undet the provisions of Article 2
hmof whose final destination in the New Hebrides shnll disembaxk in
the New Hebrides from any aircraft or vend until lu has been
inspected by a Condominium Port Heath Oflioer or other Con-
dominium Medical Ofliccr acting in such capacity and h: shnll
comply with my written instruction! given him hy such ofiœr.
(II) Notwithstauding imy written instructions issund as aforo
said, any such passenger who, after disembarkatian, is miding
Wifllùl 5 miles radius ofnny establisth medical institution or medical
practilioner shall report tu any suc]: medical institution or medical
practitionar dnily for inspection until thn completion of the 21 days
menticned in Article 2 hereof. Thz medicai prulitioner or medical
institution conœmed may be designated in a writœn order by the
Port Health Ofiiœr or Condominium Mcdical Ofliœr concede and
the passcngcrs conceer on reoeiving such order shall oomply
