Made by the Resident Commissioners under article 7 of me
Angle—th Prowccl, 1914.
1. From the date of coming into force of this Regulation, no
telegnm shall be deliveted by 111e Condominium Px)st and Tele-
graphic sysœm nnless the addresses—
(i) contain all particuliers necessary tu enaure the delivery cf
the telegmm; or
(i1) are in tbe form of a code address œgisœred a! the Con-
dominium Post Ofiioe, Vila, under Lhis Regulation
2. (1) A code Iclegraphic address, together with the cor-
responding full ultimes, for (a) Condominium telegrams, and
(b) International telegmms respectively, may be reg'stered a! the
Condominium Post Ofiioe, Viln, on pnyment of an annllnl fee, in
respect of euh such address registered, of [six hnndred New Heb-
ridean francs (600 FNH) or Lhe equivalent thereof in Australinn
dollars at the oflicial rate cf exchange] in respect of un period

(2) When regintmtion in efi'ected aller lxt January, pnyment t0

francs (50 FN'H) per momh with a minimum charge of (me hnndred

availnble for Condominium telegrams miles: both are registered by
the same persan or firm.
3. 'l'he following conditions shall apply t0 the registration of
code addresses, viz—
(a) The addreas shall consist of twn words only, Mmely, tJJe
code indicator and dm mime cf the office of destination;
(b) the words forming the code nhall be easy t0 rend and euy
