if rhe Commission is of the opinion thst a person to whom a
licence hss been issuod under the provisions of this Reguln-
tion bas misoondncned himself in relation w the controlled
occupation in respect of which a licence bas been issued to
him, cr shows himself laclcing in Lhe degree cf skill or
mention necessary for the proper performance or his
functions, or fails to comply with any of the conditions
contained in Lhe licence grnnted to him, without prejudioe
(o any proceedings which may be instituted ngninst him
under tire provisions of Article 7 of tln's Regulntion to
revoke, withdraw or suspend such licence cr m and to,
alter, vary or otherwise smend any condition or conditions
contained in such licence.
(c)
4. (a) A licence issued in mordanoe with the provisions cf
this Regnlau'on shall be in writing, signed by bath members ol‘ the
Commission and shall ben! the date of its issue, the nnme of the
persan to whom il is issued and thc nature of the controlled occupo—
üon to which it relates and shall specify me conditions (if any)
imposed by the Commission in the exercise cf the powers conferred
upon it by mb—parngraph (a) of Article 3 oi‘ this Regulation.

(c) [Subject to any exemption granwd by lhe Resident Com—
missioners acting upon the recommendzuicn cr the Commission, a
îee equivalent to live pounds sterling shsll be paid in respect of each
licence issued to a person engngcd in tbe controlled occupations ol‘
Doctor of Medicine, Dentist, Phsmaoist or Midwife whether such
licence is issued with conditions or without: provided thst no fee
shnll be required of a Doctor of Medicine, Dentist, Pharmacist or
Midwife employed by a Mission or other charitable organizntionJ
5. (a) Subject to the proviso to parsgraph (c) ol‘ Article 4
of this Joint Regulntion no person shall be entitled to receive from
the Commission a licence authorising him tu engage in the oontrollod
ocwpan'on of a Doctor oî Medicine, Dentist, Pharmacist or Midwifo
except upon tire production by him to the Commission or to sonne
persan authorised in writing by the Commission for tht purpose of a
receipt issned by the Condominium Csshier for the nsyment cf the
prescribed fee.
(b) No person hnving paid any snob fee shnll be entitled t0
claim nny refund thereof or of psrt thereof by resson of the faot that
his licce bas been revoked, withdrawn, suspended, or surrendered
l1y him before the normal date oi‘ expiry cf such licence.
[6. The provisions cf Article l of this Regulstion shall not
spply to s persan sppointcd to engage in s controlled occupation by
