36. (a) On the request of a Rcsident Commission“, an
auditor nominated by him shall be appointed jointly to audit thc
nœounîs of the gommant. Thc auditor shall satisfy himself that
all ofiiœrs are observing the proœdnre laid down in this Joint
Regulation and Drders issmd nnder it and shall have nocess t0 any
mutins document ne may tequire ta enable him tu carry ont his

submit to the Residenl Commissioners a full report thereon togetlur

31. The Ruident Commissionm may jointly issue such

38. Th: Condominium Financinl Regulation No. 3 of 1925
as amended by Joint Rognlation No. 2 of 1929 is hercby repealad.
39. This regnlation shall came into force on lut Jannary 1958.
